By the present notice, the Centre de services scolaires de Montréal (CSSDM) invites bids for the following call for tenders:
Title : Rental of a franking system (stamping machine) and rental of a mailing system (software)

Purpose of contract: The purpose of this invitation to tender is to retain the services of a supplier for the rental of a franking system (stamping machine) and the rental of a mailing system (software) as well as the supply of supplies for the stamping machine, at the request of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION and in accordance with the conditions of this invitation to tender.
The required mailing system must be cloud-based and require no local installation on a server or workstation, to enable users in the various departments of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION to be autonomous in their mailing of certified items.
Renewal options : The SUPPLIER grants TWO (2) options to renew the Contract for an additional term of ONE (1) year(s) each. In order to exercise a renewal option, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION must send the SUPPLIER a notice of exercise of this option at least SIXTY (60) days prior to the expiry of the initial or renewed term of the Contract.

Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a paper bid are asked to come to the CSSDM administrative center on the day of the opening. A representative of the Procurement Office will be on hand to receive bids from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The CSSDM will receive bids for the corresponding call for tenders by 2 p.m. on the opening date indicated. Each bid must be delivered sealed in an envelope identified by the return label included with the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the bidder's name and address in the upper left-hand corner.
It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that the documents are deposited at 5100 Sherbrooke Street East, 1st floor, Montreal, Quebec, H1V 3R9 on the date and at the time stipulated in this call for tenders, and delivered by hand to the Procurement Office.
It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.
Visitor parking is available for those wishing to submit paper documents.
Tenderers may contact the person in charge for any information they may require. The CSSDM does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
Tender documents must be obtained directly and exclusively from the SÉAO.
