CALL FOR TENDERS

NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned that Ville de Laval will receive tenders for:

No. DOS-2475 Renovation work for the neighbourhood offices at 6500 Arthur-Sauvé Blvd.

Tenders will be received Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., no later than 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at the reception desk of the Service du greffe located at 3131, boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest, 4th floor, Suite 430.

Please note that our offices will be closed from December 23, 2024 to January 2, 2025 inclusively.

1. Tender documents are available on the SEAO electronic tendering system at www.seao.gouv.qc.ca or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 418-646-0177 for the Quebec City area, or 1-877-336-seao (7326) for outside Quebec City.

2. Only bids submitted on documents specially prepared for this purpose and found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered.

3. Tenders must be delivered to the Clerk in a sealed envelope, clearly identified on the outer envelope as to the tender number and the name of the tenderer, and presented on the documents prepared for that purpose.

4. Only bids received by the above-mentioned deadline will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in room 120 located on the first floor of 3131, boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest. Please note that the deadline for receipt of bids and the bid opening date set out in this notice may be extended by the publication of an addendum on the SEAO electronic tendering system. It is the responsibility of bidders to verify this before submitting their bids.

However, Ville de Laval reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids and not to incur any proceedings or claims for costs or losses incurred by the bidders. Furthermore, Ville de Laval shall not be liable for any written notices or documents transmitted through the electronic system that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting a bid.
