Description

The City of Trois-Rivières is inviting bids for the major renovation of the Salle J.-Antonio-Thompson to ensure the long-term survival of this iconic building, an integral part of the dynamic cultural fabric of downtown Trois-Rivières (7000005383).

The documents are available only on the Government of Quebec's approved electronic tendering system (sé@o) website, at www.seao.ca, or by contacting one of its representatives at the following telephone numbers: 1 866 669-7326 or 1 514 856-6600. The above-mentioned contract number must be quoted.

Paper bids must be submitted to the Clerk's Office located at 1325, place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 5H3, by depositing them in the outside box, accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (locked and inaccessible outside these hours) identified as "Dépôt de soumissions", adjacent to the Town Hall entrance door, or by handing them to the security guard at the Town Hall entrance before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

Electronic bids must be submitted via the electronic tendering system at the above address before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

The bid opening will take place at the Town Clerk's office on the same day, will be filmed and will be available for viewing on the Town's website.

The City of Trois-Rivières does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. This notice does not confer any rights or create any obligations on the City.
