NOTICE - CALL FOR TENDERS - 2024CNT018
SUBJECT
The CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches wishes to enter into a contract for the refitting of endoscopy examination rooms 1 and 7 in the operating theatre of the Thetford Hospital.
OPTION
This notice does not include any renewal or extension options.
WORK SCHEDULE
The successful bidder will carry out the work between mid-November 2024 and the end of February 2025.

BID CLOSING AND SUBMISSION
Bids will be received up to the date and time indicated on the notice or any subsequent addendum.

TENDER OPENING
Tenders will be opened by designated CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches personnel immediately after closing at the place, date and time indicated in the tender document. The bid opening is open to the public.
ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid.
COMPLIANCE
The goods proposed in the bid must comply with the description or technical requirements in the specifications. If the bidder is unable to comply with any of the technical requirements, the bidder should contact the file manager to check whether an alternative can be found by issuing an addendum.
