RENEWAL OF MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 LICENSES

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is seeking bids for a contract to renew licenses for Microsoft's Office 365 suite of applications. The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain the contract are more fully described in the tender documents.

Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of December 4, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.gouv.qc.ca, quoting notice number INF-080125. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.

Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, all bids must, to be validly received, be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "INF-080125 - Bid for Microsoft Office 365 licenses" and be physically located, no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 8, 2025, at the office of the City of Rouyn-Noranda's Procurement Department located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on January 8, 2025 at 11:10 a.m.
