Renewal of construction work on three wastewater pumping stations:
The three wastewater pumping stations are three different systems, namely a dry, purely hydropneumatic pumping station, a dry, technologically mixed hydropneumatic-hydraulic pumping station and a wet pumping station with a separate valve shaft, installed in different structures and with different operating and pumping capacity ratios. The existing technical equipment will be dismantled. Wastewater retention systems are set up and operated for the duration of the measures. The CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION renovates or rehabilitates the objects, whereby the CONTRACTOR MTA provides corresponding construction specifications that must be adhered to. The CONTRACTOR shall carry out work\/production planning of its delivery objects where this is necessary, e.g. SLW60 reinforced concrete manhole cover plates, whereby the local construction supervision provides the construction details and the supplier of the CONTRACTOR prepares the work\/production planning and static documents. The CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION shall carry out its services in accordance with a construction schedule and timetable agreed with the CONTRACTOR MTA in the course of work planning. The CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION undertakes all necessary construction and auxiliary construction services, e.g. lifting and relocation services for the CONTRACTOR MTA's dismantling technology. Sewage-bearing parts of the building are partially or completely refurbished, partially renewed, renovated or rehabilitated in various ways. For this purpose, the CON must employ suitably qualified personnel and/or specialist contractors as subcontractors. The CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION supplies the survey data and plans and documentation specified in the tender, including specific certificates, e.g. for risers and operating and maintenance instructions that comply with current EU requirements.

The deliveries and services include the specification of a construction schedule and timetable with the participation of the contractor MTA, contractor BAU, local construction supervision and client, taking into account delivery and production times, the work and production planning including coordination between the parties involved, the production or purchasing, the delivery and installation of the technical equipment in accordance with the specification in the tender documents or work planning results.

- Partial dismantling and partial replacement of reinforced concrete pump shaft
- Sealing work on reinforced concrete structures
- Reinforced concrete core drilling
- Reinforced concrete sawing work
- Mineral remediation of two wastewater collection chambers
- GRP refurbishment of a wet wastewater pumping station
- Oil\/dirt-free cleaning of dry machine rooms
- Refurbishment of tiled surfaces
- Painting work on floors, walls and ceilings
- Installation of GRP prefabricated berm in a pump shaft
- Installation of ladders, stirrups and climbing protection devices
- Installation of VA shaft covers and fume hoods
- Supply and install above-ground crash barriers
- Breaking up surfaces and constructing pipe trenches
- Laying ventilation and cable pipes in the ground
- Laying earthing systems
- Laying foundations for pipes and vapor shields
- Installing the GRP outer cabinet
- Restoring surfaces Paving and sowing green areas.

The CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION or its supplier shall be responsible for the work\/production planning, the preparation of the structural analysis and the structural analysis check of the prefabricated reinforced concrete parts put out to tender. All interfaces must be coordinated with the CONTRACTOR in the factory\/production planning in order to be able to optimally install, operate and maintain the plant technology offered.
