Renewal of an existing automation station \/ switchgear with 4 control cabinets and an automation station with approx. 350 DP
The existing lines and cable routes will continue to be used. Some of the cables, cable routes, sensors and actuators need to be added. 95% of the work is carried out in the technical center. Only a few room sensors need to be replaced in the building.
The new switchgear and automation station on the ground floor will be used to connect and control 5 air conditioning systems, 3 exhaust air systems, a heat generator and 5 heating circuits.
The work will be carried out during partial operation of the property.
