REHABILITATION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES - SEWER AND ROAD WORK
PINDER / MONTRÉAL AND FORGET / RICHARD LANES

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for municipal services rehabilitation work on ruelles Pinder/Montréal (Fortin to Mercier) and Forget/Richard (Charlebois to des Oblats). The services to be provided and the administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents. Please note that the contract resulting from this call for tenders is subject to a request for financial assistance from the Programme d'infrastructures municipales d'eau (PRIMEAU) of the Ministère des Affaires et de l'Habitation (MAMH).
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of February 28, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600 , or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, quoting notice number ING-270324-A. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, to be validly received, all bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "ING-270324-A - Soumission pour réfection des ruelles Pinder/Montréal et Forget/Richard" and be physically located, no later than 11 a.m. on March 27, 2024, at the office of the Service des acquisitions de la Ville de Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on March 27, 2024 at 11:10 a.m.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, plus taxes.

The City of Rouyn-Noranda will not accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted, and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in obtaining tender documents or in preparing and submitting their bids.
