Description
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux du Bas-Saint-Laurent is requesting bids for work to refurbish the biochemistry laboratory and set up an analytical chain at the Rimouski Regional Hospital.

Planned work period :
Mid-February to mid-August 2025
Tender guarantee
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the bid price in one of the following forms:
a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution ;
a certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION;
an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution.
Site visit NOT REQUIRED
A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 12, 2024 at 10:00 am. The meeting point for this visit is the Rimouski Regional Hospital lobby.
Attendance:
Bidders are invited to participate in the site visit offered by the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Failure to attend may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a bidder. Each bidder is responsible for sending a representative to this meeting. In addition, the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux du Bas-Saint-Laurent assumes no responsibility to bidders who fail to attend the site visit for any information that may have been given during the visit.
