Description
The work consists of refitting the 9th and 10th floors of the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
The Work includes the supply of goods and services related thereto, all as more fully described in the plans and specifications, all in accordance with the standards of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, the standards in force, the rules of the trade and the requirements contained in the present Tender Documents.
Unless otherwise agreed by the PARTIES in accordance with the Contract, the Work shall be performed in accordance with the following Schedule:
Start date: no later than November 4, 2024
Acceptance date with reservation: no later than September 23, 2025
Date of acceptance without reservation: no later than October 14, 2025
An information session and site visit is scheduled for August 29, 2024 at 13:00.
The meeting point will be in front of the Company's Security Operations Center, located on the first floor at 159 St-Antoine West, in the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, H2Z 1H2.
