Description

The municipality of Ilsede, represented by Department 3 - Planning, Environment and Construction, intends to remodel and renovate the seminar area on the first floor of the KOMED building, Ilseder Hütte 4 in 31241 Ilsede.

1. planning intention
The building was erected in the 1980s as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure and converted into a seminar and office building in the 2000s.
Due to the age of the building fabric, there is increasing damage to the building and a number of interior defects have developed (inadequate fire protection, lack of accessibility, outdated electrical and network infrastructure), which are to be remedied by renovating the building.
As part of this construction project, the seminar area on the first floor is now to be renovated. The other floors will be tackled at a later date in a separate construction project and are not part of this construction project.
The total area to be renovated is approx. 350 m².

2. construction measures
The following construction measures are planned:
- Dismantling of the existing electrical installation
- New installation of a sub-distribution board
- New installation of the 230V installation
- New installation of the IT installation
