Treatment and recovery of rubble-type waste from the 12 SMICTOM du Sud Est waste collection centers, at one or more authorized treatment facilities to be proposed by the service provider. Duration 1 year, renewable 1 x 6 months. In 2 lots, possibility of responding to 1 or all lots. Tender validity period: 4 months after tender submission deadline. Variant not authorized.
