Description
The subject of this invitation to tender is the commissioning of a reception and security service (lot 1) for the service area as well as the locking service (lot 2) for the outside gates, building entrance doors and general locking work of the Zentrum Bayern Familie und Soziales ? Region Niederbayern, Friedhofstr. 7, 84028 Landshut.
From 01.01.2025, a security guard is to provide the reception service there during weekday consultation hours and monitor the area of responsibility within the meaning of ยง 34 a GewO. Furthermore, after the end of the daily working hours, a security guard is to leave the property, lock the outer gates and building doors, deactivate lights and close windows. The contract ends on December 31, 2025, after which there are options to extend the contract for a total of four years, in each case for a further year until December 31, 2029 at the latest.
