Binding effect of the award of contract ---The media titles to be supplied are to be delivered as listed by the client in "272 04 - Medienlisten.xlsx".Changes to the content design are only permitted after the contract has been awarded with the consent of the client.--- Delivery ---Delivery qualityCommon delivery and packaging standards are to be used to ensure that the goods are delivered without damage. A delivery bill must be enclosed with the delivery; in the case of several deliveries, each delivery must contain a delivery bill.DeliveryThe scope of delivery for lots 1-4 consists exclusively of books, for lot 5 exclusively of non-price-bound items. The media packages will be delivered free of charge to a total of 201 addresses in Germany.The Contractor is obliged to deliver the media on time (see offer letter and point 3 below). Subsequent deliveries must be avoided and may only be made in justified cases, e.g. temporary delivery problems with individual books. This must be communicated to the client immediately and may, under certain circumstances, lead to a title exchange in the form of an equivalent book title (price and quality). The Contractor shall bear all costs incurred for the services as well as the complete logistical handling of all book deliveries free delivery point.delivery periodThe Contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered number of books free domicile and on time by mid CW50/2024 at the latest. --- Bid price --- The currently valid fixed retail prices or, in the case of lot 5, the manufacturer's recommended retail prices, form the basis of calculation for the invitation to tender.Bidders are advised that quantity discounts may be granted for lots 1-4 given the size of the order volume. Volume discounts in accordance with § 5 Para. 4 No. 2 BuchPrG may be granted if the respective publisher has set a volume price for the corresponding title or sets a binding price for the future.
