A delivery bill must be enclosed with the delivery; in the case of several deliveries, each delivery must contain a delivery bill.DeliveryThe furniture shall be delivered free place of use to the address of the respective facility. The Contractor shall be informed of the exact delivery addresses upon award of the contract and is obliged to deliver the furniture on time (see offer letter and point 3 below). Subsequent deliveries must be avoided and may only be made in justified cases, e.g. temporary delivery difficulties of individual components. The Client must be informed of this immediately. The Contractor shall bear all costs incurred for the services and the complete logistical handling of all book deliveries free delivery point.delivery periodThe Contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered furniture within 12 weeks after notification of the delivery addresses, presumably by February 4, 2025 at the latest, free place of use. Deliveries during the respective vacation periods of the federal states are to be avoided.
