Description

As part of the modernisation of RER line B, which will be equipped with MI-NG rolling stock, RATP and SNCF are studying the modernisation of the control system associated with this new equipment. The aim of the interface studies is to have at their disposal all the constraints of the CBTC manufacturers and possible adaptations for the design of the MI-NG MR. Participation in this consultation is not a condition for participation in the consultation on "Implementation of a CBTC "Nexteo" type train control system on RER lines B and D".
This contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount, broken down into several identical single-awarded lots (min and max for each lot).The services included in the minimum amount are as follows:- Production of the report analysing the interface specification between MI-NG and Nexteo (report 1) comprising:- analysis of the MI-NG interface specification documents;- identification of the elements of the specification that raise questions about the implementation of the holder's product (misunderstanding of the specification, confirmation of the need to bring the holder's product into conformity, the regulatory context or the rules of the art);- drafting of a questioning sheet.Realization of the installation and integration study report of the holder's CBTC equipment in the MI-NG (report 2), including:- the analysis of the input data of the present contract;- the drafting of a document by the holder describing the principles and constraints of implementation of the product in the context of the MI-NG for a GOA2 type installation and integration.The topics to be covered are the following:- global architecture of the CBTC (GOA2) on the MI-NG;- integration of the CBTC equipment in the planned volumes of the MI-NG;- MI-NG - CBTC interfaces;- exchanged flows (in particular their security character or not, their type and quantity...).The services included in the maximum are as follows:- the services included in the minimum amount;- completion of the additional study report (report 3), including in particular:- maintainability studies;- cybersecurity studies;- any necessary adaptations to the holder's product;- variation of more than 30 % of the minimum amount for additional services of the type: adaptation studies and/or changes (based on the daily rate given in the price breakdown).
