Germany - Radio remote-controlled carrier vehicle for agricultural and forestry attachments

I am planning to carry out the following procurement procedure:
RENT carrier vehicle with all-wheel drive, 380-420 hp power class with underbody protection, ground clearance at least 45 cm, off-road capability must be guaranteed. Road approval with at least 40 km/h is mandatory. Front and rear power lift with three-point linkage for agricultural and forestry attachments. 1000 mm rear PTO drive option with 1 ¾" 20-piece universal joint. A radio remote control option for the carrier vehicle with a range of at least 1300 meters (radio frequencies must be coordinated with the location and approved). The data records may only be processed between the transmitter and receiver (no data exchange with third-party providers permitted). Separate mobile control unit for the operator, weatherproof and dustproof with road approval. The control unit must be equipped with 360° image transmission from the carrier vehicle. The expected rental period is approx. 6 months (with no limit on operating hours). Invoicing can be made on a monthly basis. The carrier vehicle must have fully comprehensive insurance through the rental company.
The invitation to tender has not yet been issued. This is an invitation to express interest in participating in the planned tender. The award procedure will begin after the expiry of the publication of this information (after 19.06.2024).
