SUMMARY:Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing work to replace two existing air handling units at the District’s Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4224-4304 Gellatly Rd, West Kelowna, BC.Full details of the Work required is provided in Divisions 1 to 25, plus Exhibit A of this RFP.    A summary of the Work is as follows:Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4224-4304 Gellatly Rd, West Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings.Maximum Budget: The District is not stating a maximum budget for this Work.Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:•             The Work may commence anytime after: April 1, 2025•             The Work must be Ready-For-Takeover no later than: August 1, 2025.Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the District and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions. Full details of the Work and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents.
