Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Communications and Regulatory Affairs - Major Projects Industrial, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The District is seeking a qualified, professional consulting firm, to enter into a contract on an “as, if and when needed” basis to supplement in-house capabilities, and provide a range of Communications and Regulatory Affairs services to the Major Projects Industrial department.The department provides oversight in relation to the District’s role as a project regulator for the Woodfibre LNG and FortisBC Eagle-Mountain Pipeline Projects. More information about the projects and the District’s role can be found on the District’s website.The District intends to award a single contract to one proponent for the resources sought under this RFP process.
