DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint-Jérôme wishes to obtain bids for
"Purchase of mechanical parts for heavy vehicles for 2023-2024".

QUOTE NO.: " 2023-BS-063 "

DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: Tender documents will be available to all interested companies as of May 31, 2023, on the SEAO electronic tendering system (www.seao.ca).

RECEPTION OF TENDERS: No later than 10 a.m. on June 19, 2023, at the Clerk's Office, 300 Parent Street, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Z 7Z7, for immediate public opening.
COMMUNICATION: For any additional information concerning this request for tenders, please contact the person in charge of information for bidders, Ms. Catherine Quesnel, Procurement Coordinator, at the following e-mail address cquesnel@vsj.ca

Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent in writing at least 96 hours before the date and time scheduled for receipt of bids.

UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse a bid from a contractor, service provider or supplier who, in the two years preceding the bid opening date, has received an unsatisfactory performance evaluation from the City.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
