The purpose of these terms and conditions is to establish the rules and procedures that will govern the procurement by the Directorate General of Maritime Territory and Merchant Marine, hereinafter DIRECTEMAR, for the acquisition of equipment for printers, projectors and monitors for the Maritime Technologies Department, in accordance with the specifications set forth in the technical bases and annexes attached hereto.
In the event that, in these bidding conditions, technical bases and attached documents, mention is made of a specific brand, it will be only for reference purposes, admitting the offer of equivalent items, which must meet the technical requirements set forth in the bidding conditions.
