Invitation to tender
The National Assembly invites companies to submit bids in response to public call for tenders no. 370101554 in order to award a supply contract for the acquisition of Apple electronic tablets for the National Assembly of Québec.
Only :
- Companies that have purchased the tender documents through the "SEAO" public electronic tendering system;
- Companies and their directors who, during the five years preceding the bid opening date, must not have been convicted of an offence under the federal Competition Act (R.S., 1985, c. C-34) in connection with a public call for tenders or a contract entered into with a public authority in Canada, or if convicted, have obtained a pardon for such offence.
Tender closing date and time: Monday, September 23, 2024 at 3 p.m.
Only bids received in sealed envelopes and properly identified (firm name, tender number, closing date and time) will be considered.
The National Assembly reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted.
