In accordance with the Public Procurement Law 19.886, Decree 250 that sets the regulations and its amendments, the Local Public Education Service of Valdivia, calls for public bidding to natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers in the field, or temporary union of suppliers, to establish a contract in the process "ACQUISITION OF ADOBE LICENSES FOR OFFICIALS OF THE LOCAL PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICE OF VALDIVIA", The objective is that the Service starts its implementation this year and its officials must have access to the necessary software to formulate, elaborate, edit and sign documentation in pdf format, as well as it is also required by the communications team the access to software that allows to create, edit and publish among other functions, image, audio and video files.
The Administrative and Technical Bases establish the conditions that will govern the bidding process and the subsequent contract that will be entered into to fulfill this objective.
