For the development of methods for ultra-precise ion beam-based surface processing of optical substrates using reactive ion species such as fluorine, oxygen, nitrogen and similar for later use in industrial applications in the research area "Ultra-Precision Surfaces" of the Leibniz Institute for Surface Modification e.V.
