PUMP MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR PUMPING STATIONS

AND FILTRATION PLANT 2024-2025, 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Ville de L'Assomption is requesting tenders for the maintenance and repair of pumps for the pumping stations and filtration plant for the years 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

Document delivery is subject to SEAO fees.

For any information, the bidder must contact, in writing only, the head of the procurement section of the Town of L'Assomption, by e-mail at appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, a minimum of seven (7) days before the bid opening to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before the bid opening. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered.

Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. Where a response results in a change to the specification requirements, the response must be submitted in the form of an addendum.

REQUIREMENTS

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft, irrevocable guarantee or bid bond issued in favour of the Ville de L'Assomption in the amount of three percent (3%) of the total bid before taxes.

In addition, this bid bond must be accompanied by :

- a letter of commitment guaranteeing the issue of a performance bond

- A duly completed and signed form attesting to the integrity required by contract management regulations.

- The Charte de la langue française appendix and, if applicable, any additional documents required therein

- A copy of its contracting authorization from the AMP, when required due to the amount of the bid

- If it plans to subcontract part of the contract performance, a list of subcontractors

- A complete list of addenda issued by the City

- The resolution or power of attorney authorizing signature of the bid

- A copy of the Attestation de Revenu Québec issued by Revenu Québec or the Absence of Establishment in Quebec form

- Absence of establishment in Quebec form, if no establishment in Quebec

- CNESST validation of compliance

- If not required to register with CNESST, the Absence of a letter of validation of compliance from CNESST form.

- Bidder's qualifications and experience form

- List of equipment and machinery form

- Any other document required in the tender documents not listed above

Failure to complete the Attestation form required by the contract management regulation will result in automatic rejection of the bid.

Only bids submitted by a supplier with a place of business in Quebec or with a place of business in a province covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered.

DATE AND PLACE OF RECEIPT

Only the original and a USB key containing an identical electronic copy of the paper copy of the entire bid must be deposited in a sealed envelope marked "Maintenance and repair of pumps for the pumping stations and filtration plant for the years 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027", at the reception desk of the Complexe municipal de la Ville de L'Assomption, located on the first floor of 781, rang du Bas-de-L'Assomption Nord, in L'Assomption (Québec) J5W 2H1, before 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, and will be publicly opened on the same day, at the same location.

The Town of L'Assomption undertakes neither to accept the lowest, nor any of the bids received, nor to incur any fees whatsoever, nor to owe any amount to the bidder(s).
