The form of concession chosen by the Licensor is that of the Public Service Concession defined in article L1121-3 of the French Public Order Code.
This procedure is governed by articles L.1411-1 et seq. of the French General Local Authorities Code, articles L1121-1 and L1121-3 of the French Public Order Code, the provisions of Part 3 of the French Public Order Code and Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2007 on public passenger transport services by rail and by road.
