Canada - Public call for tenders for professional architectural services for the construction of a sports complex at Louis-Jacques-Casault high school (Montmagny)

Description

The Centre de services scolaires de la Côte-du-Sud invites firms to submit bids for professional architectural services for a sports complex project at Louis-Jacques-Casault high school (Montmagny).

Documentation available

As of Tuesday, September 10, 2024, any person or company may obtain tender documents from the SEAO website at seao.gouv.qc.ca.

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the tender document is complete and corresponds to all the information available on SEAO for this call for tenders.

Receipt and opening

Tenders, in sealed envelopes identified by the return label, will be received at the Centre de services scolaires de la Côte-du-Sud, to the attention of Juan Mercier-Bélanger, secretary of the selection committee, at 157 rue Saint-Louis before 10:00 a.m., local time, on Friday, October 11, 2024. All bids received after this date will be automatically rejected.

If, for exceptional circumstances, the School Service Centre must close its doors on the day indicated for the receipt of tenders, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same place and time.

Electronic tenders must be received via the SEAO at the following address: www.seao.gouv.qc.ca, no later than the date and time indicated in the tender documents.

The CSSCS encourages bidders to submit their bids electronically.

Only firms submitting a service offer will be considered by the selection committee.

Conditions

Only proposals from firms that are not listed in the Register of Companies Not Eligible for Public Contracts (RENA) and that have :

- The necessary qualifications, authorizations, permits, licenses, registrations, certificates, accreditations and attestations

- An establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, either :

o Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO)

o Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

CETA

All service offers must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts entered into by public bodies (R.S.Q., c. C-65,1, R.4) adopted pursuant to the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (R.S.Q., c. C-65,1).

The firm selected will be chosen by the Centre de services scolaires de la Côte-du-Sud, on the recommendation of a selection committee, according to pre-established evaluation criteria.

General

The Centre de services scolaires de la Côte-du-Sud does not undertake to accept any bids received.
