• Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is requesting a submission of bidding responses from vendors with expertise in boiler maintenance and repairs meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled 'Scope of Work'. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. • Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this RFP may use the Q & A Board of the event on the City of Vancouver supplier portal prior to the closing date and time.The RFI will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Submissions may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City.
