Description: The Office municipal d'habitation de Office régional d'habitation de la MRC de d'Autray is seeking bids for PS-P/D Rénén. majeure enveloppe et logements located at 101, rue De La Fabrique, St-Cuthbert.
Conditions: Only bids from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement, and who hold the required license under the Building Act (L.R.Q., c. B-1.1), will be considered for award of the contract. Tenders must be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. The bidder must not, in the three (3) years preceding the bid opening date, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report by the "Owner" or the Service Centre representing it in connection with previous contracts. Bidding contractors are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both in terms of their creditworthiness and the content of their bids.
Submission of bids : Bids will be received, at the Centre de Services des Offices d'Habitation de Lanaudière located at 1309, boulevard des Seigneurs, suite 101 in Terrebonne (Québec) J6W 5B1, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024. Alternatively, bids may be submitted electronically. Such transmission may only be made via the SEAO and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the SEAO.
Tender documents : Tender documents are available on the SEAO website at www.seao.ca. Tenderers may obtain all technical information from the professionals concerned, and all administrative information from Alexandre Carignan, Project Manager, at the following telephone number: (438) 466-5312.
Site visit: There is no mandatory site visit organized by the project owner. Tenderers must visit the site themselves in order to personally appreciate the scope of the work. If access to internal installations is required, a written request must be submitted to the project owner at least 48 hours in advance.
The "Owner" undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received without incurring any obligation or expense of any kind to the bidder(s).
