Description
An Post is seeking to establish a qualification system (panel) to meet its requirements for the Web Development Services
The purpose of establishing this qualification system is to select a number of suitably qualified service providers to assist An Post in meeting the requirements as outlined below over the coming years.
Requirements in this area may include (but are not necessarily limited to) the following:
Project Management Services
Analysis, Design and Development
Support Services
The purpose of this PQQ is to short-list vendors who can demonstrate:
• Experience and excellence in the delivery of the required services using the suite of technologies deployed by An Post;
• An ability to support and advise An Post with the delivery of An Post’s digital strategy;
• An ability to meet the tight deadlines that are associated with these services;
• An ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment;
• Knowledge of relevant technology trends;
• The required level of financial capability;
• A track record in supporting clients in their development and continuous improvement of business and technology strategies, relevant to the lot(s) to which they are applying;
• An ability to adjust to emerging or changing needs in the technologies deployed by An Post.
