Description
Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery, and installation of a Computerised Inspection Microscope capable of examining a breath of sample types, to add to its Core Technologies suite. The magnification range sought is from 1x to 5000x, and the ability to reuse optics from our current system (Keyence VHX-2000E) would be advantageous. The ability to work with long and short working distance optics is also sought, as is motorised XYZ positioning, with a tilt adjustable stage or camera and 3D manifold reconstruction and metrology via z-stack convolution. Of great interest would be an integrated elemental analysis model (e.g.LIBS). Flexibility of illumination methods is requested and transmitted and reflected illumination modes are a must. The ability to introduce polarisers or filters would also be advantageous.
