Description

Event Management, Planning and Delivery Services for a number of civic events. Creative Programming and Event Management Service, for Events over May Bank Holiday Weekend, a mix of free-to-the-public and ticketed, outdoor/indoor events, for Limerick, including the required community engagement, production, marketing, PR, and the on-day site work, to deliver the events as part of the Riverfest celebrations for 2025. The successful tenderer will provide (either directly or through supply chain management) strategic event planning and delivery services for a number of events including (where required by the customer), cross border events. The successful tenderer will provide (either directly or through supply chain management) Creative Programmer, to develop and facilitate an exciting content for Riverfest. The successful tenderer will apply to the Local Authority for an events licence no later than 7th January 2025 for Riverfest. The services and areas of responsibility of the successful tenderer for each festival/event will be agreed based on the specific requirements within the given time and economic and working environment.
