Invitation to tender

The Municipality of Eastman wishes to receive tenders for the provision of professional services related to the operation of wastewater treatment and drinking water production facilities for a period of three (3) years with an option of one (1) or two (2) additional years. Bids must be submitted on the attached forms and include : - One (1) envelope containing an original version and three (3) copies of Schedules 1 and 3 to 8 and one (1) USB key containing an identical electronic copy of the papers placed in this envelope; - One (1) copy of any other document required herein; - One (1) sealed envelope containing Schedule 2 (Price Schedule) marked "Tender - Supply of professional services related to the operation of wastewater treatment and drinking water production facilities - Schedule 2". Documents relating to this call for tenders will be available from October 17, 2024 by accessing www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tender Call - Supply of professional services related to the operation of wastewater treatment and drinking water production works 2025-2027". Tenders must be received at the office of the Municipality of Eastman at 160, chemin George-Bonnallie, before 10 a.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024. The public opening of bids will take place shortly after 10 a.m. on the same day, at the municipal council chambers located at 160, chemin George-Bonnallie, Eastman. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that his bid is delivered on time and at the location mentioned herein. The awarding of the contract, to the compliant bidder with the best final score, should take place, if applicable, at the regular meeting to be held on December 2, 2024. The Municipality of Eastman does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and incurs no obligation or costs towards the bidder(s).
