Title of IFIB: provision of electrical installation work at HQ JFC Brunssum, the Netherlands

Requirement: To carry out the referred electrical works managed by the Infrastructure Management Section (IMS) and Contracting Branch (CB)

The aims of this IFIB are the:
- provision of materials and components
- provision of services (manpower, management, and supervision)

All employees of the contractor that should have access to class I and class II areas must have a NATO Security Clearance.

Type of contract : Invitation for international bidding (IFIB)

Firm-fixed-price (FFP)

Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ)

Period of performance: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 basic period of performance, plus 4 one-year options. Maximum 5 years.

Bidding procedure: Online bidding process via ACO procureware portal.

Interested firms are invited to apply for registration on the ACO procureware portal (https://aco.procureware.com) unless they already hold status of approved vendor on the portal.

Funding: Military budget, estimated yearly amount €50,000.00.

Classification: NATO UNCLASSIFIED

Eligibility: Governmental or commercial entities that originate and are chartered/incorporated within NATO-member nations and that provide the funding for the aforementioned requirement, in accordance with Bi-SC Dir. 60-70.
