Description

Provision of a complete solution for Haemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) testing on a Cost per Reportable Test (CPR) basis; which will include all supplies and services, including any associated costs, that may be required i.e. reagents, equipment, maintenance, (including third party reagents and equipment if/when original reagents and/or equipment do not meet the acceptable performance standards), wash solutions, eluents, buffers, columns, capillaries, filters, calibrators, controls, PC’s, printers, interfacing, consumables, spare parts and so forth. This public procurement competition will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”). Any contract that may result from this Competition will be issued for a term of sixty (60) months. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of one (1) such extension on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
