Description
Project planning of engineering structures (wastewater sewerage) and traffic facilities with infiltration LPH 1 - 3, 5 - 9 as well as special services.
The municipality of Uetze and the Peine water board intend to carry out the development of the "Uetze Süd-West" construction area in Uetze as a joint project. The planning area is located on the south-western edge of the town center of Uetze between Burgdorfer Straße in the north and the street "Am Schachtacker" in the south.
The planning aims to create the infrastructural prerequisites for the future use of the development area and to design efficient rainwater drainage via infiltration.
The municipality of Uetze has decided to draw up development plan no. 53 "Uetze Süd-West". The area covered by this development plan overlaps the previous development plan no. 42 "Hotel special area", which will be repealed when this development plan no. 53 comes into force.
The development area with a total size of approx. 10.3 ha is to be developed in two construction phases (LPH 5 - 9). The planning (LPH 1 - 3) is to be drawn up for the entire project.
The development planning includes the following essential planning:
a) approx. 1,200 m of wastewater main sewer
b) approx. 100 wastewater house connections
c) approx. 9,800 m² road traffic area consisting of
- Construction road with asphalt base course
- Final road construction incl. sidewalks in paving construction method
- Drainage swales \/ green spaces.
No explosive ordnance, old deposits or soil contamination are known in the area of the development plan. A soil survey is available, which is currently being supplemented by infiltration tests, among other things. Archaeological monitoring of the construction project is necessary.
