Canada - Project Management Services for the The Watson Long Term Care Home Project

Description

The GOS is seeking a qualified Project Management team to provide project management and oversight on the Watson LTC Home Project for the pre-design, procurement, design, construction, Information Management/Information Technology (IMIT) and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE), operational readiness and transition planning services for the Project. The estimated time for completion of the Project is early 2027. The Project will include:

New 60 beds facility, consisting of four wings with 15 beds in each of the wings;
common spaces (dining room, game room, meeting room, lounges, spiritual spaces, exercise rooms);
support and service spaces (kitchen, food storage, reception area, staff room, manager office, laundry, house cleaning, among others); and
Would have available spaces for future expansion.
