Description
IDA Property Department is seeking to appoint a Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team to deliver all services outlined in this document. The Project management led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will manage and provide all relevant consultancy services with respect to the design and delivery of the infrastructure, roads, footpaths, cyclepath and all associated utility connections and works outlined in the documents. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Team should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a Project Manager, Civil, Structural and Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, PSDP, Assigned Certifier, Landscape Architect and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the project. A full suite of requirements are available in the tender documents. Tenderers must associate themselves with the competition in order to ask and receive queries, download tender documents and submit a response. All responses must be uploaded in a zip file format.
