Description
The aim of this consultation is to select a project management team for the energy renovation of the ENSIM building in Le Mans. The building in question is a 2-storey, type R, 3rd category ERP built in 1995. It has a total floor area of around 5,000 m², accommodating 439 students and 70 administrative, teaching and research staff (doctoral students). The main aim of the project is to carry out a thermal renovation on an occupied site, with an energy saving of at least 56%, followed by a few one-off restructuring works. The project is part of the CPER 2021-2027 regional development plan, with the Rectorat de l'académie de Nantes acting as project manager. The works budget is set at €4,700,000 (excluding VAT) at June 2024 value. This project will benefit from European funds for green growth. By way of indication, the works are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026, with handover for the start of the 2027 academic year. A bonus of €3,500 (excl. VAT) will be paid for this project.
