Description
Summary
(1) Nature of service to be procured:
Project for installment of photovoltaic power generation system (for power purchase agreement) at
Hiroshima City Seibu Water Resources Reclamation Center
(2) Project period, etc.:
a. From conclusion of contract through the date the system is uninstalled (or, through the date the
contract expires if the system is transferred to the City)
b. Operation period shall be for twenty years from the start date of operation. If a subsidy from the
Ministry of the Environment is to be applied to the project, the time frame for the system installment
and the start date of operation must be set in accordance with the rules set forth by the ministry.
c. As a rule, the system must be installed between FY2025 and FY2026.
(3) Fulfillment locations:
On the rooftop of the west water treatment facility, etc., at Hiroshima City Seibu Water Resources
Reclamation Center
(4) Tender submission deadline:
Friday, November 29, 2024
(5) Proposal submission period:
From the day after notice on confirmation results about tender qualification through Wednesday, January
29, 2025
