Description

Objectives: This incentive program is defined and implemented in accordance with the principle of the prudent operator in a market economy, as recalled by the European Commission's communication of April 4, 2014 on guidelines for state aid to airports and airlines.
Purpose:
The said incentive program set up by the CCI de Corse aims to encourage the creation of new air routes and the development of existing air routes serving one of the following airports: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, Bastia Poretta, Calvi-Sainte-Catherine and Figari -Sud Corse.

It does not apply to:

1° to air routes subject to public service obligations under Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community;

2° air routes covered by a service concession with the CCI of Corsica

Applicable procedure:
The present Call for Expressions of Interest is governed by the provisions of article L.2122-1-1 of the General Code of Public Property.
The CCI de Corse is acting in accordance with the principle of the prudent operator in a market economy, as recalled by the European Commission's communication of April 04, 2014 on guidelines for state aid to airports and airlines.

Languages in which proposals must be addressed:
French and English.

The interest of the companies will be made on the basis of the provisions presented in the framework regulation which defines the conditions and modalities according to which the CCI of Corsica allocates, pays and controls the use of the incentive.

Timetable for proposals:
Interest is open during the period from: April 16, 2024 to March 30, 2025. Documents are to be withdrawn and submitted (application and offer) on the French State Purchasing Platform website (https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr).

The aforementioned Call for tenders will be posted on line on the Governmental Dematerialized Platform LA PLACE at www.ccihc.fr and sent for publication to corsenetinfos@gmail.com on April 16, 2024.
