Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business:
This procurement is set-aside for an Indigenous Supplier in accordance with the government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Therefore, only suppliers who meet the definition of an Indigenous business, as defined in the PSIB, may submit a bid.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements.
Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for professional document translation and revision services to be provided in the field of corrections on an as and when requested basis.
Objectives:
To provide English-to-French and French-to-English document translation and revision services in the field of corrections, on an as and when requested basis.
If required, provide translation and revision services in the field of corrections for English or French to a variety of foreign languages and from a variety of foreign languages to English or French.
Deliverables: The Contractor must submit all translated and revised documents electronically. The Contractor must perform the work using Microsoft Office 365 Suite software.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The work is to be performed during the period of Contract award to one (1) year later with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
