Description
The Fédération québécoise des municipalités locales et régionales (hereinafter the "FQM"), acting within the scope of its municipal operations, is requesting bids for the award of a contract for the provision of professional services to support, analyze and model cash flows in the area of renewable energy and energy conservation.
The FQM has chosen to avail itself of the bid weighting and evaluation system (including price), with discussions and negotiations established in accordance with articles 936.0.1 and 936.0.5 to 936.0.12 of the Quebec Municipal Code and 573.1.0.1 and 573.1.0.5 to 573.1.0.12 of the Cities and Towns Act, which includes a two (2) stage process.
