PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - LABORATORY ANALYSIS

PROJECT
The City of Drummondville requires, on its own behalf and on behalf of other interested municipalities, offers of service for laboratory analyses of drinking water, wastewater, bathing water, as well as water from used snow deposits for a period of three (3) years, namely for the years 2025 and 2026, as well as the year 2027.

As of Friday, September 6, 2024, the documents relating to this call for tenders may be obtained from the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca and quoting reference number DR24-PUB-070. Documents are available at the cost established by SEAO. Printing and delivery will be invoiced by SEAO. Plans and specifications are non-refundable.

The City assumes no responsibility for the incompleteness, errors or omissions of any written notices or documents transmitted electronically. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting their bid.

Only those who have their principal place of business in Canada and in territories covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and who have obtained the tender documents issued by the Awarding Authority on their behalf through the SEAO, are eligible to bid. In addition, the successful bidder must be registered with the Registre des entreprises admissibles aux contrats publics (REA). Sealed bids must be received at the project owner's office, to the attention of Mélanie Ouellet, clerk, before 11 a.m. on Monday, October 7, 2024. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the time scheduled for their receipt at the City of Drummondville council chambers, 415 rue Lindsay, Drummondville.

The City of Drummondville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs or obligations of any kind to the bidder(s).

The City also reserves the right to refuse any bid from a contractor or supplier who, during the two years preceding the bid opening date, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the municipal organization.
