Professional services in mechanical and electrical engineering - New SPVG headquarters
Ville de Gatineau wishes to retain the services of a mechanical and electrical engineering firm to plan and produce all the documents required for its project to build a new headquarters for the Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau (SPVG), including a multi-storey parking garage, and to oversee its construction. Other separate mandates will be awarded by the City in the architectural, civil engineering and structural disciplines.
the present request is subject to the provisions of the act respecting the integrity of public contracts. the bidder (firm or group of firms) submitting the request must hold the authorization of the autorité des marchés publics in order to enter into a public contract or subcontract if the contract involves an expenditure equal to or greater than the amount determined by the government. Failure to obtain the aforementioned authorization at the time of submission will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
Individuals and companies interested in this contract must obtain the tender documents from the electronic tendering system (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, quoting the reference number 20013126. Documents must be obtained at the cost established by SEAO. The documents will be available on the SEAO site on Thursday, August 15, 2024.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at the Service de l'approvisionnement responsable located at 476, boulevard Saint-René Est, 2nd floor, Gatineau (Québec) J8P 8A9, or transmitted electronically exclusively through the Government of Québec's electronic tendering system (SEAO) and publicly opened on the same day and at the same time. All bids received after this date will be rejected.
