Description of services:
The services to be provided by the firm specializing in consulting and document preparation are to assist the City of Lévis in reviewing and adjusting its documents and processes relating to access to information, protection of personal information and invasion of privacy.
More specifically, the senior consultant will need to master the changes brought about by Bill 25 in terms of access to information, protection of personal information and invasion of privacy:
-Protection of personal information and privacy in general;
-Management of personal information confidentiality incidents;
-Management of privacy impact assessments and survey evaluations;
-Management of registers required by the Access Act or others;
-Establishing and maintaining inventories of personal information files;
-Establishing consent to the collection of personal information;
-Establishment and management of personal information anonymization processes;
-Establishment and management of processes for implementing the right to portability;
Decision-making processes based exclusively on computerized processing;
-Disclosure of personal information outside Quebec
-Contractual management of personal information clauses in contracts with City suppliers;
-Establishment and management of accountability measures;
-All other administrative processes related to the life cycle of personal information (collection - use - disclosure - retention - destruction);
-Training City staff as required;
-Other work related to this mandate to be agreed upon; if applicable.
