Realization of a special urban planning program (PPU) in downtown La Malbaie

The City of La Malbaie is seeking proposals for professional services for the implementation of a special urban planning program (PPU) for its downtown area. The call for tenders is open to all firms specializing in urban planning with the right to practice in Quebec.
Bid documents describing the conditions relevant to this call for tenders may be obtained in electronic format on the Electronic Bidding System (www.seao.ca) or at 1-866-669-7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees of this organization.
The City of La Malbaie is not liable for any incomplete written notices or documents conveyed by electronic means or for any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
Tenders must be submitted no later than August 6, 2019 before 10:00 a.m., to the attention of Mr. Robert Lapointe, Director of Procurement of the City at the address mentioned in the call for tenders document No. 5200-01-07-2019-P.
Unless otherwise specified, this call for tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), and when applicable to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB).
The City of La Malbaie does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines any responsibility towards either bidder in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the City of La Malbaie may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
