INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of Beauharnois is seeking bids for professional services to upgrade and modernize the telemetry system and Scada software at its drinking water and wastewater plants.
Tender documents, any documents referred to therein and any additional documents related thereto can only be obtained through the SEAO (www.seao.ca or 1 866 669-7326). Obtaining documents is subject to this organization's fees.
Bids must be received no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on September 23, 2024. A public bid opening will follow. Alternatively, bids may be submitted electronically. Such transmission may only be made via the SEAO and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the SEAO.
The results of this request for tenders will be published on the SEAO.
Ville de Beauharnois does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
