PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Ville de L'Assomption is requesting bids for professional services for the design of plans and specifications and the supervision of outfall rehabilitation work on rue St-Étienne - phase I.

Tender documents may be obtained via the Electronic Tendering System at www.seao.ca, for companies registered for this service. To subscribe, or for any other questions, companies may contact the SEAO by telephone at 514 856-6600 or 1 866 669-7326 (outside Québec), or by visiting www.seao.ca, quoting reference number VLA-AOP-PDS-202450, as of November 14, 2024. Document delivery is subject to SEAO fees.
For any information, the bidder must communicate, in writing only, with the head of the procurement section of the Town of L'Assomption, by e-mail at appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, at least seven (7) days before the bid opening to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before the bid opening. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered.
Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. Where a response results in a change to the specification requirements, the response must be submitted in the form of an addendum.
REQUIREMENTS
Only bids submitted by a supplier with an establishment in Quebec or with an establishment in a province covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered.
DATE AND PLACE OF RECEIPT
Only the original and a USB key containing an identical electronic copy of the paper copy of the entire bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Services professionnels pour la conception de plans et devis et la surveillance des travaux de réfection d'émissaires sur la rue St-Étienne - phase I", at the reception desk of the Complexe municipal de la Ville de L'Assomption, located on the first floor of 781, rang du Bas-de-L'Assomption Nord, in L'Assomption (Québec) J5W 2H1, before 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, and will be publicly opened on the same day, at the same location.
The Ville de L'Assomption does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor any obligation whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders.
