Description

The City is seeking bids for the provision of professional services consisting mainly of the following: Retain the services of a digital technology supplier to support Destination Québec cité in its strategy and the development of its digital platforms. This includes hosting, maintaining and developing Destination Québec cité's website, as well as overseeing the development of its digital ecosystem, such as its content management system (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, digital asset management (DAM or other database) or the maintenance of digital communication tools linked to the website (conversational agent, forms, etc.). The call for tenders includes the provision of digital strategy services and execution, whether in relationship marketing, search engine optimization (SEAO), website performance measurement or the integration of artificial intelligence into certain components of the digital ecosystem. The City reserves the right to produce certain work in-house.
